Cheesecake Day is haloumin, so you feta get your cheese on a.s.a.p.! Even if you miss the official dates, it’s cheddar late than never. Blueberry Cheesecake is so popular that it has its own date: May 26th. However, regular Cheesecake Day is on July 30th so you have two dates to put into your diary. So without further ado, here are our top cheesecake recipes for making the best of these most glorious of glorious days which honor this beautiful combination of two of our favorite things: cheese and CAKE!
1. No Bake Mango Cheesecake
If you’re afraid of using ovens, no need to! You can make this no-bake cheesecake which is also healthy(ish) with its inclusion of fruit. Mango and cream cheese with a biscuity base… divine! This is a recipe that you can easily make in a rush and with some basic ingredients. Perfect for the busy bee with places to be and things to see.

If you’re more of a cherry person rather than a mango person, you can easily switch out the mangos for cherries! These instructions are super simple and straight-forward to follow.

Adding another one of our favorite things which begin with the letter ‘C’, we have Chocolate! Cheese, Cake and Chocolate, how can such a wondrous triad exist, you ask? The answer is the magical concoction that is chocolate cheesecake.

If you would rather make little cheesecakes because you want to give them to many people without any hassle, or you’re being health-conscious and prefer to make small quantities to keep an eye on the calories, these are a perfect solution.
